LEGACY
Sir Michael Caine is one of Britain's most celebrated actors, whose career has spanned more than seven decades and over 130 films. From Alfie and Get Carter to The Dark Knight Trilogy and The Italian Job, his unmistakable voice, style and screen presence have made him one of cinema's most enduring icons.
The sunglasses worn by Caine in The Italian Job (1969) became part of the film's visual identity, helping define one of the most recognisable looks in British cinema.
INTRODUCING THE MICHAEL CAINE
Inspired by the original sunglasses worn by Sir Michael Caine in The Italian Job (1969), this collection faithfully recreates one of British cinema's most iconic designs.
Developed in official collaboration with Sir Michael Caine and his family, each frame has been reimagined with authenticity, precision and respect for the original.
Timeless and understated, the collection captures the effortless confidence that has defined Sir Michael Caine for generations.
CRAFT
Handcrafted in Italy, every frame is produced using exceptional materials and traditional manufacturing techniques in strictly limited numbers.
Available in Piano Black and Tortoiseshell, with Divel lenses and premium precious metal finishes, each detail reflects Renauld's commitment to craftsmanship and enduring design.
PROVENANCE
The collection is available in two editions: The Michael Caine Edition and The Michael Caine Origin (Keepsake).
The Michael Caine Origin incorporates an authenticated fragment of Sir Michael Caine's original cream suit, worn in The Italian Job (1969), preserved within the Renauld shield on the temple.
Because each fragment originates from the original garment, production of the Keepsake edition is naturally limited.

BEYOND THE FRAME
Each pair features embedded ValueBond® technology, unlocking exclusive photography, film, interviews and stories celebrating Sir Michael Caine's remarkable career and the making of this collaboration.

A cinematic legacy, carried both physically and digitally.
THE FAMILY
To celebrate the launch, Renauld photographed the collection with Sir Michael Caine's wife, daughter and grandchildren at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, where scenes from The Italian Job were filmed.
With our sincere thanks to Sir Michael Caine and his family for making this collaboration possible, the campaign celebrates not only one of Britain's greatest film legends, but also the family who continue to preserve and honour his remarkable legacy.
COLLECTABLES
This collaboration continues Renauld's tradition of working with cultural icons whose influence transcends generations.
