Launched in 1961, the Renauld ‘Sixty-One’ was considered an example of ground-breaking design due to the sleek curvature of its frame and its punchy, paired-down contemporary look. It remains a favourite by many in the design world.

Elvis Presley was the first adopter of the Sixty-One design, he was soon followed by many other high-profile figures including, Sean Connery, Jackie O and Jim Garner; and motor racing greats including Jim Clark and John Whitmore due to the models uninterrupted, 180-degree visibility.
